College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Schlumberger Company, organized an interview with the fourth-year students of the Petroleum Engineering Department. The aim of the interview was to select those qualified for training in the company.
Mustafa Mahmoud Salih, the company's regional recruitment manager, gave an introduction to the company and stated that the Schlumberger Oil Services Company is one of the largest oil companies in the world in terms of size, number of employees and number of departments. Certain students who excel academically and have communication and work skills.
The company trains students, introduces them to the nature of work and the pressures they face, and works to increase their skills.
