Organizational structure of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering

The Department of Mechatronics Engineering consists of the Head of Department who manages the academic and administrative affairs of the department. The administrative support staff of the Head of Department and the Board of Directors consists of the Rapporteur and the Secretary of the Department. The Department Council Committee includes all faculty members and is responsible for issuing and taking critical decisions in the department that require advice and exchange of expertise. The administrative support staff in the department also includes engineers, technicians and administrators whose primary work is to manage and maintain laboratories, store warehouses, and provide free books. Faculty members and staff in the department are also assigned to various committees to manage many different tasks and responsibilities.
