A teacher from the College of Engineering, University of Basra, participates in the expert committee to test the mini-lesson simulation in the Teaching Methods Course for the Southern Region

Assistant Professor Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, teaching at the College of Engineering, University of Basra, participated within a committee in testing the mini-lesson simulation of the Teaching Methods Course for the Southern Region, which was held at the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra.
Participation included evaluating the presentations of trainees from all specialties within the course on teaching methods, the updated curriculum for the southern region, before committees of ministerial expert trainers, in accordance with the standards of quality and scientific sobriety adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, where the number of trainees reached (183) teaching staff from various southern governorates in various medical specialties. Engineering, applied, veterinary and agricultural medicine, educational, humanitarian and administrative.
The evaluation criteria include ten items, including formulating the cognitive and skill objectives for the lesson, using various modern methods, and determining appropriate educational activities for the lesson, in addition to using blended learning tools, asking evaluative questions, and others.
