A committee from the University of Basra consisting of Dr. Muhannad Hamid Abdul Wahab, Dr. Abdul Karim Taher Yasser, and Assistant Lecturer Muntadhar Juma Mahdi inspected the classrooms, laboratories, and library in the College of Engineering to closely follow up on the college's preparations to receive students at the beginning of the new academic year 2024-2025.
The committee was accompanied by Dr. Osama Jassim Naeem, Director of Graduate Studies at the college, where the committee reviewed the college's readiness and visited some of the halls and laboratories while the students were in them. The committee praised the steps taken by the college and the preparation of its classrooms and laboratories in addition to the gardens and green spaces.
