The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Smart Academy for Training and Administrative Services, held a symposium on (Strategic Planning and Crisis Management)

The seminar, which was presented by Engineer Muhannad Al-Sammak, dealt with several topics

Including the concept of planning as it is the technique of creating reality and foreseeing the future, the importance of planning, the pillars of planning that are the vision, mission and values, concerned with planning, types of planning, including a short-term plan, a medium-term plan, a long-term plan, planning and crisis management

The symposium aims to know the importance of planning, as good planning reduces physical effort, which does not fall within the plans of others, and planning reduces anxiety, as the vision is clear for the future, and planning is one of the qualities of a successful leader.

At the end of the seminar, questions were asked and answered by the attendees.
