The Civil Engineering Department at the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah carried out a maintenance and reconstruction campaign that included the maintenance of the damaged columns in the department building, along with the completion of maintenance work for the waterways and the floor of the hydraulic laboratory, and the completion of lighting in all corridors of the department

In addition to repairing the compression device in the Structural Materials Laboratory, repairing the bod device in the Health Laboratory, repairing the hydraulic jump device and returning it to work in the hydraulic fluid laboratory after stopping work for more than 20 years.

The rectangular rotor device was also repaired and returned to work in the fluid laboratory after it stopped working for more than 12 years.

And repairing the triangular swivel device and returning it to work in the fluid laboratory after it stopped working for more than 10 years.
