College of Engineering at the University of Basrah obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate from the British Organization for Development and International Standards
 This certificate is concerned with the fields of engineering education, training, granting certificates for undergraduate and postgraduate studies, in addition to scientific research and engineering consultancy.
This is due to the efforts made by the college administration in the scientific and administrative aspects, as well as the efforts of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division.
