A delegation from the Basra Gas Company, represented by Mr. Malcolcom Mays, the Managing Director of the Basra Gas Company, accompanied by the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, visited the College of Engineering at the University of Basra. They were received by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Ramzi Salem Ali, his scientific and administrative assistants and heads of departments. The purpose of the visit is to review all the engineering workshops, equipment and infrastructure of laboratories and learn about the academic expertise based on an agreement signed for cooperation between the University of Basrah and the Basrah Gas Company in serving the public interest of Iraq and Basrah Governorate in various scientific, technical, administrative and cultural fields, which will develop education, training and expertise for the two parties.
