The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, in coordination with the civil defense teams, organized a sterilization campaign for buildings, corridors and the college campus as a proactive and preventive measure to confront the dangers of the Corona virus, which has spread recently

The Assistant Dean of Administrative Affairs, Dr. Bassem Talib, said that the campaign aims to invest the period of official working hours in order to take the necessary measures and carry out sterilization campaigns in order to preserve health security within the college.

The campaign included spraying and sterilizing the college buildings, gardens, corridors, classrooms, terraces and roofs, as well as the laboratories of the scientific departments to sterilize and disinfect them with Farcon for the sake of safety and prevention.
