. It dealt with accreditation depending on the sober American ABET institution in the field of granting accreditation to universities and their curricula. As for research development, it was discussed how to obtain funding and how to form research groups, in addition to publishing in international journals. As for teaching, it deals with how to configure the curriculum and its objectives.
