The teaching assistant in the Department of Electrical Engineering / College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, Assistant Professor Dr. Fadel Rahma Taher, was promoted from the rank of assistant professor to the rank of professor, according to the university order No. 16/27835 issued on 16/12/2018 due to the fulfillment of all promotion requirements. As of 25/4/2018, it is reported that the teacher has published three research papers in journals within the classification of Clarivate Analytics (Thomson).
