The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Chinese Anton Oil Company for Oil Services, held a forum for the employment of graduates of the College of Engineering on Sunday 10/6/2018 in the hall of the martyr Dr. Asaad Selim

And the assistant administrative dean, Dr. Basem Taleb, stated that the College of Engineering is keen to cooperate with companies that provide jobs for graduates of the College of Engineering, and that the goal of the cooperation is to employ 40 engineers from various specializations. He mentioned that the students covered are only from the completed stages.

As stated by Mustafa Abdel-Zahra, head of public relations, Anton Oil Company is an oil services company, one of the most prominent companies that has carried out many projects in the countries of the world and has several departments in Iraq, where it was established in the Al-Ahdab field in the Kut governorate in 2009, but in the governorate of Basra in the West Karma field, it was established in 2015 In addition to several departments in the governorates of Iraq. The aim of this interview is to develop a studied plan for the rehabilitation, training and employment of students from the College of Engineering and to increase their experience.
