
Prof. Dr. Rabih Hashem Thajil, Dean of the College of Engineering, received a thank you from the Organizing Committee of the European Power Electronics Conference (EPE), which will be held in Riga, the capital of Latvia, for the period from 17-21 September 2018.
This conference is held annually and has been held in many cities and university sites in Europe since 1985, including Brussels, Grenoble, Aachen, Florence, all the way to Geneva in 2015 and Karlsruhe in Germany 2016. Dr. Rabie Hashem said: This conference is concerned with research on power electronics, in addition to designing and analyzing devices that include power electronics. This thanks comes in appreciation of the efforts made by Dr. Thajeel in evaluating the research on electricity and power electronics that will be presented at the conference, at a rate of 20 papers annually.
