The research included the design and manufacture of a filtering antenna that works as an electromagnetic radiation system with the ability to filter medium frequencies included in WiMAX military applications. The system is suitable for military cognitive communications, as it adapts its transmission package according to the available radio channels. The system includes continuous adaptation as well as gradual adaptation, so the system operates at different frequencies and at different data speeds depending on the state of the transmission channel.
The summary of the research results is that the proposed system covers the allocated military frequency band in an adaptive manner according to the available frequencies. The antenna's radiation pattern is automatically directed and does not depend on directing the device towards the access point. In addition to the possibility of transferring data at different data speeds and upon request.
