The College of Engineering at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Independent High Electoral Commission, Party Affairs Division, organized an educational symposium on the law banning the Baath Party.
The symposium, which was attended by members of the Independent High Electoral Commission, included: Mr. Hassan Farhan Jabbari and Mr. Musa Ali Musa And Mr. Montaser Raysan Arhaim and Mr
Qusay Abbas Youssef.
The lecture explained concepts related to the dissolved Baath Party, entities, parties, and racist, terrorist, and Takfiri activities, in addition to reviewing the legal penalties imposed on employees who violate the provisions of the law.
The lecture aims to educate participants about the provisions of the Baath Party Ban Law (No. 32 of 2016) and to clarify the instructions for facilitating the implementation of the law (No. 2 of 2019).
