The Guidance Unit at the College of Engineering, in cooperation with the College of Dentistry, held a guidance seminar on oral and dental health and safety. 
The seminar, which was lectured by Dr. Hiam Salah Ahmed, a lecturer at the College of Dentistry, included addressing dental health during childhood and until late life, explaining the methods of care and what supplements should be taken to protect teeth from decay, in addition to the impact of chronic diseases on oral health and the effects of smoking on dental health. 
The lecture aims to educate students and care for dental health and common problems and how to avoid them. The seminar was attended by Dr. Ammar Jassim, Director of the Guidance Unit at the College of Engineering.
