Professor Dr. Saleh Issa Khassaf chaired the defense of a doctoral dissertation in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Babylon. The dissertation, by graduate student Ayat Majid, was titled "An Experimental and Numerical Study of Wave Structure Interference on Inclined Seawalls." It examined the impact of various wave factors on seawalls with different slopes, obtaining positional equations using dimensional analysis techniques to estimate the influencing factors and comparing them with the results of other researchers.
