The College of Engineering at the University of Basra, in cooperation with Anton Oil, organized job interviews for fourth-year students and graduates as part of its efforts to enhance employment opportunities and build bridges of cooperation with the industrial sector.

The event included direct interviews with applicants, aiming to attract young talent and open doors for them to obtain job and training opportunities in the oil and energy sector, as well as to familiarize them with labor market requirements and recruitment mechanisms in international companies.

The interviews witnessed a large turnout of students and graduates, with participants expressing the importance of these initiatives in supporting their career paths and facilitating their transition from academic life to the job market.

This step comes within the College of Engineering's strategy aimed at developing its students' skills and strengthening partnerships with reputable institutions and companies in line with the requirements of development and the labor market
