The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah welcomed a delegation from TotalEnergies and CPECC for a scientific visit aimed at strengthening academic and industrial cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two parties.
The visit included a tour of the Mechanical Engineering Department, where the delegation was briefed on the department's state-of-the-art laboratories and equipment, as well as the devices used to train students and develop their practical skills to meet the demands of the job market.
During the visit, a detailed explanation was provided about the department's educational programs and the mechanisms for linking theoretical and applied learning. Discussions also focused on future cooperation in training, development, and the exchange of technical expertise.
