The College of Engineering at the University of Basra held a specialized scientific course titled "Natural Gas from Reservoir to Flaring System." The course was organized by the Department of Petroleum and Gas Engineering in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra.

The first lecture of the course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Farah Nabil Abdul Razzaq, who discussed the basic stages of natural gas transfer from reservoirs to flaring systems, highlighting the technical and practical aspects of these processes.

This course is part of the college's efforts to enhance the specialized knowledge of students and those interested in the field, and to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical applications in the oil and gas sector.
