The College of Engineering at the University of Basra signed a cooperation agreement with Al-Karrar Engineering Company, as part of its efforts to strengthen partnerships between academic institutions and the private sector, embodying the spirit of social responsibility and supporting promising young talent.

The agreement aims to build effective bridges between academic education and the demands of the labor market by attracting outstanding graduates and opening new career opportunities for them. It also provides intensive and practical training programs that contribute to developing their engineering skills and enhancing their capabilities to meet the needs of the labor market.

Furthermore, the agreement seeks to provide graduates with real job opportunities that align with their aspirations and specializations, enabling them to utilize their scientific and practical expertise to serve the community and support the development process.
