The Faculty of Engineering/University of Basra announces the number of vacant seats available for rotation between universities based on Appendix (11) of the Regulations for Admission and Admission to Postgraduate Studies for the Academic Year 2026-2027 as reported by the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Research and Development Department/Department of Graduate Studies No. 83679-1210 on 28-7-2026.
