Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, a faculty member at the College of Engineering and Director of the Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning at the University of Basra, has been awarded the title of Certified Trainer of Trainers (TOT) on the IQ Learn smart learning platform. The title was granted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research after he successfully completed a program designed to prepare and qualify professional trainers capable of utilizing smart learning system tools and transferring expertise within universities.

Dr. Issa stated that the program included practical training courses on employing IQ Learn platform tools to achieve interactive learning, design and manage online tests and assignments, and ensure the creation of a comprehensive digital learning environment based on global best practices in university education.
