‏This study investigates the structural behavior of reinforced concrete beams incorporating recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) under biaxial loading. The experimental program comprised 31 square and rectangular beams with RCA replacement ratios of 0, 30, 50, and 75%, tested at loading angles of 0°, 45°, and 68°. Specimens were designed in two groups to promote flexural and shear failure. The 30% RCA level generally showed relatively favorable performance compared with higher replacement ratios, while 50% and 75% caused greater reductions in ductility and energy absorption. ABAQUS models using Concrete Damage Plasticity showed reasonable agreement with the experimental response
