The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Tatweer Academy, held a meeting to train and employ graduates of the College of Engineering on Sunday 2/5/2021 at the Dr. Asaad Salim Hall.

The Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Maath Mohammad, stated that the College of Engineering is keen to cooperate with the authorities that train and employ graduates of the College of Engineering, and that the aim of cooperation is to train and employ 150 engineers of various specializations. He mentioned that the graduates covered are only from the ending stages for the academic year 2018/2019 - 2019 /2020

The Director of Tatweer Academy also mentioned that the Academy was established in 2015 in Iraq in the Basrah City and provides various methods to ensure that the needs of all trainees are met. It grants a recognized ISO certificate, The objective of this interview is to develop a deliberate plan for qualifying, training and employing graduates of the College of Engineering and increasing their experience.
