The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Istiqama Student Association, held a cultural symposium entitled (Jihad al-Tebeen and its impact on public opinion-making) The lecture delivered by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Mazni dealt with a set of concepts about the importance of the issue of clarifying the facts for people and jihad for discernment and urging young people to equip themselves with rationality and great awareness. He also explained the facts in logical ways. The aim of the symposium was to clarify the facts for people and their impact on public opinion industry The symposium was attended by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Ramzy Salim Ali, the administrative assistant dean, Dr. Musab Adel Ali, and a number of students.
