One of the recipients of a master’s degree from the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah was chosen among the top 2% of scientists in the world according to a classification conducted by the American Stanford University in research interests in nanomedicine and energy systems. Science in multiple fields and finding solutions relevant to our world today
It is worth mentioning that Prof. Dr. Hisham Salim Mahmoud is one of the teaching staff at the University of Florida in the United States of America, currently studying the topics of integration and improvement of power systems and distributed generation control, where he works mainly on industrial control design. He also works on designing battery monitoring and control systems. Dr. Hisham said that it was his innovations that attracted great interest to his work in recent years.
He was one of the first to propose the use of voltage control for renewable energy control systems in small island grids instead of conventional control systems.” He has also received significant interest for his research on the design of power control systems that can adapt themselves to function properly when communications are interrupted.
