The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah held a celebration to honor the top ten students for the academic year 2019/2020 sponsored by the Dean of the College and in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Ramzi Salem Ali, his scientific and administrative assistants and heads of scientific departments
