To the first-stage students admitted to the College of Engineering...below are the instructions for registration with the required documents

The student's civil status identity card or the unified card (colour copies number 2).
Citizenship certificate for the student (colour copies number 2).
The civil status identity card or the unified card of the student’s father (colour copies number 2).
A copy of the residence card (2 color copies).
An electronic student registration form (link at the bottom of the page).
The original medical examination form with a photocopy.
The original attested middle school document (the original + 3 color copies) or a grade confirmation of the student is temporarily approved in the event of a delay in receiving the document from the Education Directorate, provided that the original certified document is brought within a period not exceeding two weeks, otherwise the admission is canceled.

A copy of the central admission list in which the name of the student appeared, photocopy number 2.
The sponsor's documents and support for the continuation of the service from his department and identity.
The registration file is requested from the reproduction office in the college or printed on yellow paper from the website of the College of Engineering https://eng.uobasrah.edu.iq/ and it includes:

Student's guarantee

Then print the electronic registration form https://form.jotform.com/203525316036043 Fill in the registration form manually and then enter the same information in the electronic form using the link

The two manual and electronic registration forms, together with all the documents required for registration mentioned above, are placed in the Deskion file and handed over to the Registration Committee in the section in which the student is accepted, with the sponsor’s presence for the purpose of checking and completing the rest of the registration procedures.
