The College of Engineering held a scientific lecture in cooperation with Hexacor Carrier Company. In Iraq, specialized in smart management systems for buildings, in the presence of the Engineering Division at the Presidency of the University of Basra. The company presented a lecture entitled (Smart Building Management) presented by Engineer (Abdul Muhaimin Al-Shamri), director of central control systems at Hexacor Carrier Company in Baghdad, during which he explained the work of smart systems for building management It is noteworthy that this cooperation between the University of Basrah and the private sector is in order to exchange experiences, strengthen the theoretical side with the scientific side, and develop engineering and teaching cadres at the university
