The College of Engineering has set up a teaching suitability test for applicants holding higher degrees (Master's and PhD) for teachers from the College of Engineering at Al-Maqel University to show their suitability for teaching within the staff of the Ministry of Higher Education. Where the applicants were from the Departments of Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. And the chairman and members of the examination committee made important observations to them to enhance their teaching performance.. It is mentioned that the applicant for appointment in private colleges must pass the test of eligibility to teach in public universities.
