Two faculty members in the College of Engineering participate in a scientific conference in China

Two faculty members at the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah participated in the 14th International Conference on the Safety of Oil and Gas Pipelines and the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry, 
In the presence of a number of Chinese researchers and from other Arab and foreign countries. In which Dr. Aithar Hisham Khalil, a lecturer in the Department of Petroleum Engineering, presented a lecture on one of the artificial intelligence theories in the real-time monitoring of hydrogen sulfide gas emissions in oil operations (Fuzzy Adaptive Theory)
 Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Karim Mahdi, a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, gave a lecture on the possibility of using solar-powered aircraft as a monitoring system for pipelines and detecting damage and environmental pollution.
