The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah won first place in the student competitions, as the College of Engineering, Human Education, Veterinary Medicine, and Science came out on top in winning the University President’s Cup Table Tennis Championship qualifiers, which was held in the College of Pharmacy. The semi-final matches of the University President’s Cup Table Tennis Championship were held with the participation of the colleges of the Karma Ali campus for students of both genders. This is in preparation for the Iraqi Universities Table Tennis Championship, which will be held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in mid-November in the capital, Baghdad. The results were as follows: College of Engineering won and took first place, and College of Education for the Humanities won second place in the student competitions.
