A doctoral thesis at the University of Basra, College of Engineering, discussing Design analysis and Implementation mimo antennas for wireless applications

The doctoral thesis of the student Wathiq Abdul Karim Nimah from the University of Basra, College of Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, entitled Design analysis and Implementation mimo antennas for wireless applications, was discussed.
It included the design of four different types of antennas that are used in many wireless communications applications for the fifth generation of communications. The designed antennas are characterized by several characteristics, including relatively high gain and bandwidth required by different applications. The study included an analysis of all properties related to the performance of antennas, with a comprehensive comparison between the properties obtained through simulation of the CST design program with those obtained from practical measurements, in addition to comparison with some completed designs. It was published in some international journals, where comparisons indicated the superiority of the design completed by the researcher over the other in several aspects, including standard dimensions, gain, and bandwidth.
