Assistant Professor Dr. Murtada Abbas Jabbar, teaching at the College of Engineering, University of Basra, was chosen as a member of the ministerial committee to develop a master’s study in the specialty of Master of Production and Mineral Engineering at the College of Engineering, University of Mosul. The committee made a field visit to the college to see the material and human capabilities, according to the availability of the conditions stipulated in the instructions for the studies. Higher University, where the committee reviewed the halls designated for study and met with the teaching staff, as well as the readiness of the college and the department concerned for this innovation. The committee praised the college’s preparations.
