The College of Engineering at the University of Basra received a delegation from UNICEF, where the delegation met with the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Mufid Turki Rashid, the Head of the Department of Architecture, Dr. Hamid Hayab Samir, Dr. Ali Kamel Marzouq, and Dr. Sumer Sahib Hardan. The visit, which is a continuation of previous visits, aims to strengthen the bonds of cooperation between the organization and the college and involve students in the projects that the organization will organize in Basra Governorate. This comes within the framework of the capacity building project that the organization is pursuing with regard to the student sector.
