College of Engineering, University of Basra organizes a workshop within the Global Entrepreneurship Week

The Technology Incubator at the College of Engineering, in cooperation with the Technology Incubator at the College of Science, organized a workshop on the occasion of the Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The lecturer at the College of Science at the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Ilham Jabbar Jalil, participated in the workshop organized by the Technology Incubator at the College of Engineering and in cooperation with the Technology Incubator at the College of Science. The lecturer participated by presenting a scientific lecture entitled "Monitoring Cell Division Using Green Fluorescent Protein". The lecture included providing details about the mechanism and importance of using some fluorescent proteins in scientific research and how to follow the cell origin map using these proteins.
The lecturer at the College of Science at the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Nayef Mohsen Aziz, participated in the above workshop, where he presented a scientific lecture entitled "A Smart System for Monitoring Air Quality in Basra Governorate". The lecture included establishing a low-cost and integrated smart system for monitoring air quality in Basra Governorate; Using (AI) and Artificial Intelligence (IoT) Internet of Things technology.
The project aims to measure the concentration of basic air pollutants in a way that is easily accessible to residents and decision makers. The lecturer, Dr. Muhammad Hamid Subhan, also participated in a lecture entitled "From Idea to Achievement - Your Brief Guide to Entrepreneurship and Startup Development"; The lecture included a roadmap for aspiring entrepreneurs to transform ideas into successful projects. The project aims to provide practical advice and strategies for achieving success in competitive markets.
