The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the lecturer at the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Jalil - Department of Mechanical Engineering, for publishing in the prestigious journals affiliated with (Nature and Science Journals) and (TOP Journals in Shanghai Ranking).
The Minister of Education confirmed during his reception of the honored researchers in the presence of the Director General of the Research and Development Department that the Ministry continues to support researchers and innovators and that it will provide all possible support to support its scientific staff and enhance the space of its universities in international forums and enable them to raise the name of Iraq and its institutions in global containers and classifications.
In turn, the researchers from the universities of Basra, Mosul, Al-Qasim Al-Khadra, Technology, Northern Technology, Information and Communications Technology, and Shatt Al-Arab College appreciated the level of interest and care from the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, for researchers and global publishing and providing a scientific environment that encourages creativity and contributes to the development and service of society.

It is worth noting that the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed that the lecturers be honored with a financial reward of three million dinars in appreciation of their publication in the prestigious journals affiliated with (Nature and Science Journals) and (TOP Journals in Shanghai Ranking).
