The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Basra Health Department, organized a vaccination campaign against the Corona epidemic for its students and cadres

This campaign comes in view of the spread of this epidemic and the difficulty of controlling it, and in order to preserve the safety of the college students and cadres of the college and staff.

The campaign, which was administered by specialized doctors from the Basrah Health Department, included the vaccination of approximately (200) persons from the college’s students and cadres, and it is considered the second campaign for the College  of Engineering, and this campaign will continue to cover all university students and cadres.

The Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ramyi Salim Ali, indicated that the campaign came within the college’s plan to protect its cadres from the risks of infection with the virus.

He praised the efforts of the Basrah Health Department and expressed his thanks and appreciation to all medical staff
