A delegation from the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, represented by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ramzy Salim Ali, the Associate Dean of Science, the Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Maath Mohammad, and a number of department heads visited the Southern Technical University. They were received by Prof. Dr. Rabih Hashem Thajeel, President of the Southern Technical University and Dean of the Technical College, Assistant Prof. Dr. Jaber Hussein Ali. The aim of the visit was to see the experience of the Administrative Technical College / Basra in implementing the Bologna educational system During which Prof. Dr. Rabih Hashem Thajeel gave a comprehensive presentation on the support provided by the university in order to start implementing the system, whether in providing the infrastructure or in providing the requirements of the system. Assistant Professor Dr. Jaber Hussein Ali also expressed the college's full readiness to provide support to the College of Engineering in order to establish and implement the system. In addition to presenting a workshop on how to operate the Bologna educational system by the head and rapporteur of the Information Technology Department. Prof. Dr. Ramzy Salim Ali thanked and appreciated the Southern Technical University for their reception and cooperation in presenting the workshop on the Bologna system.
