The Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Basra, Prof. Ramzi Salem Ali, received a scientific promotion to the rank of professor, after fulfilling the conditions for scientific promotion from the Presidency of the University of Basra.

On this occasion, the College of Engineering Council honored Mr. Dean, wishing him further progress and creativity.
